The camp serves the children from 3rd Grade to 8th Grade. However, if you have children younger than 3rd grade but they are 8 years old, they are allowed to attend the camp.

| Cost: |

Registration fee is $100 and is due by December 14, 2009.
After December 14, the fee is $120.
No forms will be accepted after December 21, 2009.

Please fill out the registration form completely and sign it.
Make your check payable to your church, and submit the registration form and your check to your Priest or the camp contact person at your church.

Please collect all forms and submit them before the deadline along with ONE check on behalf of the entire group attending the camp. Please make the check payable to St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, and mail the registration forms and the check to:
