I have a few questions regarding the devil:

  1. Is the only difference between the devils' faith and true Christians' faith good deeds?

  2. What is the "al-iman al-akly"? Is there "iman qalby" and other "akly"?

1) There are many differences between Satan's faith and that of true Christians. Deeds, motivation, obedience, love, goals, connectedness to the Lord, yearning to unite with God and He with us, forgiveness, prayer, His Fatherhood toward us, and our kinship as children to Him through adoption are just a few major differences. The faith of demons is strictly based on pride, knowledge, deception, and envy, but totally void of love, truth, humility, and grace because these are gifts from God. Therefore, the energy released from the demons' negative faith and that of the positive believing and practicing Christian is completely opposite.

2) "And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment" (Mark 12:30).
