How do I strengthen my trust in God and faith in Christianity?

Faith is the greatest free gift in Christianity. Through it we gain salvation and freedom from eternal condemnation incurred on us by sin. Without faith we cannot please God.

St Paul says, "that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith." (Ephesians 3:17) and it is also by faith that the righteous live, "Now the just shall live by faith" (Hebrews 10:38).

We must strive to obtain and strengthen the virtues of faith, hope and love, because they are the main virtues in the life of a Christian (I Corinthians 13:13).

It is through faith that we come closer and closer to the Lord, until we become one with Him. "Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God" (Romans 5:1-2).

It is not difficult to consolidate our faith in God. It first requires trust in God and belief in His words, promises, and revelations.
