The number seven represents perfection. The Holy Book of Isaiah 11:1-2 mentions the "Spirit of the Lord"—One Spirit—One Lord Jesus Christ—in this manner:

"There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch shall grow out of his roots.
