I know through history that the Temple of the Jews had been destroyed around year 70 AD. In between this time, were the Jews able or not to offer sacrifices?

God gave the Jews specific instructions on where to offer sacrifices "Take heed to yourself that you do not offer your burnt offerings in every place that you see; but in the place which the LORD chooses, in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I command you" (Deuteronomy 12:13-14). This place was the Temple in Jerusalem and since its destruction, the Jews have not offered sacrifices.

From the Holy Book of Acts 21:26 we can understand that the Jews used to offer their sacrifices between the crucifixion of the Lord and the destruction of the temple.
