Do the people in paradise (or in Hades) feel the time as we do?

I don't think that the people in paradise feel the time as we do. Time comes from the rotation of the earth around itself and around the sun. So this sense of time is related to the planet of the earth in relation to the sun. Paradise and Hades are not earthly places; therefore I don't think they feel the time as we do.
