Airport Transportation

The Crossroads committee is happy to announce that airport transportation registration for the Graduate Convention is now up and running. Airport transportation is provided by the convention committee at a low cost of $25 for round trip transportation. This price is set regardless of one way or round-trip transportation requirements. Information for transportation is as follows:

*Bus Departure Times on Thursday*
Orlando Airport (MCO)
4:00 pm and 7:00 pm

Please plan your flights accordingly. Bus departure times are firm.

*Departure Time on Sunday*
St. Stephen Retreat Center 3:00 pm

Please submit your itinerary by
following this link and choosing 2014 Crossroads Graduate Convention Transportation before January 20, 2014, to confirm airport transportation.

 

1.   Transportation is offered at a nominal fee as a courtesy to convention attendees.

2.

The last day to add transportation to your registration is January 20, 2014. Requests to add transportation must be made by email to crossroads@suscopts.org and must be received before midnight CST on that date.

3.

The last day to cancel transportation and receive a full refund is January 25, 2014. Cancellation requests must be made by email to crossroads@suscopts.org and must be received before midnight CST on that date.

4.

If you have requested transportation, we MUST receive your complete flight itinerary by January 20, 2014. This must be submitted to crossroads@suscopts.org and must be received before midnight CST on that date. If you registered for transportation but did not send us your itinerary by the above date, your name will be removed from the transportation list and no refund will be issued.
