All convention rules must be followed. |

For your safety, everyone is required to remain on hotel property for the entire convention. Everyone is required to remain on the convention grounds for the entire period. No exceptions will be allowed without prior permission from Fr. Eleia (boys convention) and Fr. Athanasius (girls convention). |
| Housing |
| 1. |
Please respect the rooming assignments and only sleep in your designated room. |
| 2. |
ALL occupants will be held financially responsible for any damages to the room occupied. |
| 3. |
Please respect the peace and privacy of other occupants in the hotel. |
| 4. |
Everyone is required to be in his or her assigned room by 12:30 a.m. or as indicated in the schedule. |
| 5. |
Long distance phone calls can only be made through the use of credit and phone cards. |
| Attire |
| 1. |
Activity attire: Knee high shorts, short or long sleeve shirt. NO sleeveless shirts or halter-tops. |
| 2. |
Convention attire: ladies- skirts below the knee, long pants, short or long sleeved shirts, NO caps; men- long pants, short or long sleeved shirts, NO caps. |
| Attendance |
| 1. |
The hotel conference facility will be the meeting place for all lectures, liturgies, prayers, etc. |
| 2. |
Attendance at all liturgies, lectures and events is expected and will be monitored. |
| 3. |
Activity participation depends upon your regular meeting attendance. |
| 4. |
Cellular phones and pagers must be turned off during all scheduled activities. |
| 5. |
Chewing gum is not allowed during scheduled activities. |
| Behavior |

Christian behavior is expected from each attendee. |
| 2. |
Inappropriate language is unacceptable. |
| 3. |
No smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed. |
| 4. |
No CD players, computer games, iPods allowed. |
| Meals |
| 1. |
Only appropriate fasting foods will be served since this will be during the Nativity Fast. |
| 2. |
All buffet meals will be catered by the facility. |
| 3. |
Snacks and drinks will be provided during the course of the convention. |
