Subject: Seminary Schedule for May 2004
Dear All,
Happy Resurrection Feast and glorious 50 days. I am pleased to welcome all of you to the Spring Semester (Memorial Day weekend) of SUS Seminary Program. I am attaching our schedule for this semester which could be slightly different than we used earlier. The reason is that Sunday May 30th is the day of Pentecost and I had to allow two extra hours for the Sagda Prayers.
As you may all know, we assign rooms to couples and elders. Singles will stay in the dormitories. We have two dorms for men and women.
Since we have a big number this year, I am asking the following people to help with organization this year:

Nabil Aziz and Sawsan Bishai: breakfast, coffee and room assignment |

George Botros and Marc Gendi: CD recording and copying |

Emad Kalds: Lunch and Dinner coordination and Airport transportation |

Ashraf Girgis and John Rizkalla: Wake up service and time keeping |
If you know of anyone who is enrolled and his name is not on this list, please let them know that Sandy Naguib will post this email on the seminary website under "News Room."
