Subject: Very Very Very Important - Please Read

Dear All,

Please note the following important information:

1. To manage your studying timeline, I thought of considering an average two months allownace time for each course (except this year for the first two courses). Here is my planned schedule for exams and reports for each course:
August 15: Coptic Language (Exam) and Ritual Theology (Exam)
October 15: Pastoral Theology (one report, two book reviews, one video)
December 15: Dogmatic Theology
February 15: Patristic
April 15: Old Testament

2. As done in all academic institutions, existing and new students must apply to be enrolled for the new semester. Therefore, please fill out the application form I sent you earlier and apply before July 15. This is a firm deadline. We are planning ONE meeting offering the three new courses for both new and continuing students. The reason is our limited space for teaching and accommodations. I am therefore asking your forgiveness ahead if I deny any one an admission status after July 15. Again, please remember that if you applied earlier, you still need to submit an application form ONLY to be enrolled for the Fall semester.

3. Finally, I reporudced Fr. Mikhail's book about Pastoral Theology. As soon as he finishes the review, I will email you the copy with simpler English and the use of NKJV bible verses.
