St. Philopateer Coptic Orthodox Church welcomes you to the Church's web presence. His Holiness Pope Shenouda III, Pope and Patriarch of the Great City of Alexandria is our 117th Pope in the See of St. Mark   . St. Philopateer is a Coptic Orthodox Church under the auspices of His Grace Bishop Yousef, Bishop of the Diocese of the Southern United States. St. Philopateer's is served and guided by Father Boulos Mikhail, Priest of the Church since her inception on April 29th, 2001. The Church is blessed to house the relics of her intercessor St. Philopateer. All persons are welcome as St. Philopateer's conducts Holy Liturgy's in three languages: English, Arabic, and Coptic the original language of the Church. Along with Liturgy's the Church conducts raising of incense prayers and a midnigth praise on Saturday. Church services include English and Arabic Bible studies, Servants and Pre-Servants meetings, and a Series of lectures for Catechumens The Coptic Orthodox Church beliefs
