COLLEYVILLE, TX. July 18, 2014 — Through the grace of God, the Southern Diocese has placed an offer to purchase a property located in Dawsonville, GA and it has been accepted. The closing date will be September, 2014. This will be the future home of the St. Mary & St. Demiana Convent and Retreat Center.
General information regarding the property includes:

The Diocese was able to negotiate the total purchase price to $3,387,500.00 inclusive of all furnishings, equipment, etc. Your financial support is needed to raise the money by the closing date of September, 2014 in order do a cash deal. Paying the purchase price in full will avoid the Diocese having to take a loan, making monthly mortgage payments, and paying interest.
