What is the Church's opinion regarding the Extra Terrestrial from other planets who supposedly has had encounters with people? Are those evil signs that will seduce people or some foreign governments involved?

No one really knows until now the reality of those extra terrestrial encounters. So far what we have is stories of people describing their own personal experiences, I doubt very much that it would be any foreign government involvement or even just evil signs to seduce people. There is enough evil in the world and it doesn't need extraterrestrial. The Church does not have a specific stand about this matter except to monitor the reports of the scientists and psychologists until they come up with a decisive explanation and conclusion.
