I am seventeen years old and there is a girl my age in church that I really care for. She doesn't even know I have feelings for her. We are just friends and that is it. I know God has everything planned out; but should I DO something at all to  help God's plan? I know that this might not even be the person that God has in mind for me; and I fully accept His Will. Please tell me what I'm supposed to do about this person, if anything at all.

How can you do something to help God's plan if you do not know really what God's plan is for you regarding this girl? God does not need HELP to execute His plans for you; but expects you to submit to His plan. What God wants is your salvation and your obedience to His commandments. You are seventeen years old; and at this age it is common to have feelings for girls. But those feelings should be controlled until the right time when you are ready to commit yourself to this person and capable of starting a family. All relationships at this age start with the good intention and the idea that everything is under control. Unfortunately none of them have a happy ending. My advice to you is to submit this feelings to God in prayers and don't start nourishing them. On the contrary, keep yourself busy with activities either at church or sports and do not pursue these thoughts. In due time, God will reveal His plan for you.
