During Liturgy, the Patriarchs of Alexandria, Antioch and Eretria are prayed for but not those of Armenia and Ethiopia—how come?

Mentioning the patriarchs during the Divine Liturgy has to do with the protocol and agreement with other churches. With the Antiochian church and the Eritrean church, the protocol is to mention the patriarchs in all the divine liturgies. With the Ethiopian church, the protocol is to mention the patriarchs at Christmas and Easter. We do not have any protocol with the other churches.
