How many women poured fragrant oil on Jesus? Do we know their names?

There are two different women who are mentioned for pouring oil on the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ—Mary, the sister of Martha and Lazarus [John 12]. This took place at the banquet in Bethany during the celebration of the resurrection of Lazarus from the dead. The other woman is not mentioned by name but by reputation of being a sinful woman, [Luke 7]. She was an uninvited guest at the house of Simon the Pharisee who had invited the Lord to his house. While she poured the oil and kissed the Lord’s feet, Simon the Pharisee was judging her, and the Lord addressed his inappropriate judgments. This same passage from the Holy Gospel is read in the Second Watch of the Midnight Prayers.
