Is committing oral sex one time considered a loss of virginity?

Oral sex is a form of sexual relations even though intercourse did not occur. The Church discourages oral sex even for married couples. Sexuality and intimacy must be within the guidelines of purity in marriage: one man, one woman, vaginal intercourse, no anal sex, no oral sex, no pornographic material. Engaging in sexual relations is a loss of virginity because one's purity is defiled. All sins can be forgiven by repentance and the Holy Mystery of Confession.
