Are Ouija boards real? Is it true that people (mainly celebrities) can sell their souls to the devil?

The Ouija board is marketed as a game, but it is origins are in the occult. Christian churches, Catholic, Protestant, and Orthodox denounce this diabolic form of entertainment. Satan is real. Thus, if he is called, he will respond.

In the Divine Liturgy, the priest prays, "He loved His own who were in the world, and, as a ransom on our behalf, gave Himself up unto death, which reigned over us, whereby we were bound and sold on account of our sins." Thus, sin has a price, which is one's soul, if not repented. For our redemption, God gave us grace through His Holy Mysteries for the absolution of sins.
