What is the difference between the Coptic Catholic and Coptic Orthodox churches?

Historically, the Coptic Catholics were Coptic Orthodox but when Roman Catholic missionaries came to Egypt, they managed to convert a number of Coptic Orthodox to Catholicism. To convince them to do so, the missionaries let the converts keep their liturgy as is; but give their allegiance to the Pope of Rome and recite the Creed the Catholic way adding 'and the Son' after "We believe in the Holy Spirit Who proceeds from the Father".

Concerning the difference between the Coptic and the Catholic churches, there are many: the Catholic doctrines of the Filioque, the Immaculate conception, indulgences, the supremacy of the church of Rome, the purgatory, the celibacy of the priests are to name a few.
