In the Doxologies of the Heavenly, we say the Archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Rafael are a type of the Holy Trinity. What does that mean? Aren't angels ranked with Archangel Michael being the head of the heavenly hosts? Therefore, in saying so, don't we sound like we are ranking the Persons of the Holy Trinity as well?

In the doxology we compare these three archangels to the Trinity as three working together not that they are ranked.
