The camp serves the children from 2nd Grade to 5th Grade. (The grade of the child when he/she completes school in the summer of 2007.)

| Cost: |

Registration fee is $100 per child, and $50 per servant.
The registration deadline is June 15, 2007. Space is limited; therefore, registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Please fill out the registration form completely and sign it. Make your check payable to your church, and submit the registration form and your check to your Priest or the camp contact person at your church.

| Churches: |
|
Please collect all forms and submit them before the deadline along with ONE check on behalf of the entire group attending the camp. Please make the check payable to Archangel Raphael Coptic Orthodox Church, and mail the registration forms (applications and rules), servants' applications, servants' contracts and the check to the following address:
