In the Agpeya, Holy Book of Psalms 51, verse 4: "…when You are judged." Who is judging whom? I believe this should be corrected to "…when You judge." Why don't we use NKJV in the Psalms of the Agpeya?

The Agpeya uses the Septuagint translation which is accepted by the Orthodox Church. It is the oldest and the most accurate translation of the Old Testament. The Apostles and all the early church fathers used it.

According to the Septuagint the Holy Book of Psalm 51:4 reads "Against thee only have I sinned, and done evil before thee: that thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged."

The meaning here is even if man in his anger dares to judge God, the Lord will overcome and He will be justified in His sayings.
