Should we expose our small children to the terms "Body and Blood" when they are about to receive Holy Communion or is it alright to use other names such as juice or soup for the Blood of our Lord?

Children at this age and stage of development will believe anything readily and without questioning. So, just tell her that "we eat the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ and we drink His Blood" in a matter-of-fact way.
