Since it is essential to win souls to the kingdom of God; apart from setting a good example, how can one help someone get to know God first, and then grow in the knowledge of Him? Too many people think spiritual life is boring.

Through a life of learning, growing, self-sacrifice, and commitment the disciples were able to preach the Holy Gospel and lead many to the Lord Jesus Christ. The disciples not only believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, but they left everything to follow Him.

How can we lead others to the Lord? How did our Lord Jesus Christ start His evangelism 2000 years ago?  By simply humbling himself. This is actually how the Lord entered into this world and into the hearts of His followers.

He did not enter this world on a chariot driven by lightning and fire; He did not enter in with the crown, scepter and robe of a king, and He did not mature into adulthood as one highly educated and with abundant knowledge to have answers to every imaginable question.

Instead He came in a small fragile package, very vulnerable, and small. The Lord Jesus arrived in the body of a newborn baby. He grew up without wealth, learned a trade, went to the Temple alongside many other Jewish boys, and when He began His ministry set out on foot. He covered a relatively small corner of the world and probably spoke only to a few thousand people. Often one at a time, He personally made disciples a few followers and died a death similar to a common criminal.

The Lord Jesus Christ was satisfied enough with the results of His earthly ministry to be able, on the cross, to say, "It is finished."

"By humility and the fear of the Lord, Are riches and honor and life." (Proverbs 22:4)
