What is the definition of faith? A preacher so far I have heard has given the nearest answer:

Faith in the purest sense is the ceasing of resistance even when there is no physical evidence, when the other evidence is present.

This is a blueprint and I need a skilled literary to flesh it out and to expand it.

In the Epistle to the Hebrews, St. Paul states, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1).

There are four principles of faith identified in the following lecture:

  1. Sound Faith: [Apostolic Faith, One Faith, Biblical Faith, Traditional Faith]

  2. Loving Faith

  3. Working Faith

  4. Faith that endures to the end
