What is a way to respond to controversial questions, discussing strategies to prevent youth that get puzzled about issues, and how to absorb questions and answer them?

Before servants respond to any question, especially of a controversial nature, we must do some research. Responses should include honest, biblical, patristic, and practical examples and information. It is alright to admit that one does not know an answer and will research it and discuss later. The question and answer format has been used throughout Christianity and even with the Lord Jesus Christ. When serving youth, especially in these days when all information is readily available, servants must be genuine and thoughtful. Youth are turned off by clichés and passive learning.
