Is Jesus still limited by his human nature after his resurrection, or is he as he was prior to his incarnation? Is Jesus still limited in knowledge, meaning is he still learning new things from his Father and the Holy Spirit in his human nature or is he now all-knowing?

The Lord Jesus Christ has, is, and will always be All-Knowing, Omnipotent, unlimited, and eternal. He is co-essential with the Father and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Trinity is equal at all times. The Lord Jesus Christ submitted to the Father out of obedience and humility, not by inferiority (read Philippians 2:5-11). In His Holy Resurrection, the Lord Jesus Christ rose in His physical body, as the accounts of the Holy Gospel declare that the tomb was empty. He also appeared to them in the upper room and when Thomas doubted, the Lord told him to put his fingers where his hands were nailed and into His side where He was speared. At His resurrection, the joyous women bearing the spices held Him by His feet and worshiped Him. He walked and talked with the disciples of Emmaus. He ate with the disciples that were fishing all night but caught nothing (read Mark 16; Matthew 28; Luke 24; John 20-21). Jesus Christ rose in His glorified body and assured us that we will likewise rise in a glorified and incorruptible body in His image (1 Corinthians 15).

"And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man" (1 Corinthians 15:49).
