When should we start to greet one another, after Good Friday or Resurrection Liturgy?

Actually we should start greeting one another after the Divine Liturgy of Bright Saturday. On Good Friday, the minute our Lord Jesus Christ died on the Cross, reconciliation took place between God and man "And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit. Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom" (Mt 27:50-51). But the full reconciliation occurred after the Lord Jesus Christ had abolished the power of death by His Resurrection. That is why during the Bright Saturday Liturgy, we don't pray the reconciliation prayer and we don't greet one another in the liturgy. So the right practice is to start greeting one another after the liturgy of Bright Saturday.
