Should Ni Savev be said during all feasts or only in the presence of a bishop or patriarch? The same question with regards to Pi Ehmot Ghar.

Ni Savev should be chanted in the presence of a bishop or a patriarch but Pi Ehmot Ghar should be chanted throughout the year. Some deacons prefer also to chant Ni Savev in the Feasts of Nativity, Epiphany, and Resurrection and I personally don't see anything wrong in this rite.
