With a Sunday School class of twenty ninth grade students and four teachers, do you think is it better to split that class into half with two teachers in each class, or continue like that?

Theoretically speaking it is best to have two classes with 10 students each. However, there are many points you should consider:

- How good is the weekly attendance, do you normally have the 20 kids every week?

- On what basis will you split the children, many kids would like to be with their friends?
- Would splitting them cause resentment on the side of the children?

- How do the other servants feel about this?

Discuss the matter with the other servants and the Sunday school coordinator and do what is best in your circumstances.
