Does not our Lord Jesus Christ’s prayers on the cross imply diophysis?

The accurate terminology here is the term miaphysis. Our Lord Jesus Christ is God the incarnate Word. He possessed Godhead and a perfect manhood. His divine nature was one with His human nature yet without mixing, mingling nor alteration, a complete hypostatic essential or fundamental unity. As a full human, our Lord Jesus Christ not only prayed to God the Father, but also felt pain, suffered and wept as any human being. His human nature did not mix with His divine nature although they are united in one nature.
