I was wondering what the church's stand is on the question of intelligent life existing beyond earth or even beyond our galaxy. Are we against it or do we accept this possibility, and what are stable points to support this view biblically and non-biblically.

The church bases her beliefs upon the facts she has at hand. The Holy Bible gives us a detailed account of the creation. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" (Gen 1:1). Then it gives us the details of the creation on earth and its inhabitants but nothing much about an intelligent life on other galaxies.
