Do we chant "Je efzmaro-out" only on feasts and fasts? Or we have the choice to chant it if we are not going to chant "Pi Oik"?

The tradition is to chant "Pi Oik" first and after you finish it, if there is some time left, you can chant "Je efzmaro-out" to be followed by annual communion hymn.
