2010 South Africa Missionary Trip

Guidelines

"Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves." (Phillipians 2:3)

All trip rules must be followed.

  • For your safety, it is recommended that everyone remain together throughout the trip unless given permission to do otherwise.

Housing

  • Assigned room accommodations will only have those designated participants within the rooms.
  • Occupants will be held financially responsible for any damages to the rooms occupied throughout the trip.
  • All incidentals charged to the room will be the responsibility of the designated participants in the room.
  • Long distance phone calls can only be made through the use of credit and phone cards.
  • Please note that no males or females will be allowed to visit each other's rooms.

Attire

  • Modest attire is required at all times. Please bring appropriate clothes for the divine liturgies and leisure activities.

Behavior

  • No smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
  • Please remember this is a Christian trip and as such you are expected to act accordingly.

Adhering to the above rules will guarantee a trip with the utmost in spiritual benefits.

PLEASE NOTE: Any disorderly conduct that limits the other participants' right to enjoy a spiritual trip will be dealt with immediately.
