A standard stage with 3 microphones; one in the center, one on the left, and one on the right. This is all. Each church must bring all props and accessories. You can be as creative or as simple as you like.

Do the memorized prayers for the Hymns Competition have to be memorized in English?
The memorized prayer can be recited in either English or Arabic.

Regarding the Spiritual Competition of the age group 18 and above, is it open for parents, servants and adults?

Yes, the questions will be different in respect to the age range.

How is the spiritual test administered?
The contests will sit apart and the test papers will be distributed with the respect of the age group then the answers will be collected at the end of the allowed time (like any written test at the school).

In the Talent Competition, can the play incorporate all three categories? Will we have to present the category in advance? Will it be part of the judging?
+ It is very unusual to have a play incorporating the three categories equally. If it the case, you must provide only the most prominent category in the play.
+ Yes, the category has to be presented in advance as you have to provide it in one of the application forms!
+ Yes, it is part of the judging as explained on the Web site under the part of judging the talent competition.

Why you are not providing the questions of the Spiritual Contest to study from and prepare?
The test is different because it is meant for you to read and retain as much knowledge as you can and be able to recall it when needed or when anyone asks you about your belief or your Coptic Church. You probably have heard about all these subjects over the years through Sunday school, conventions, sermons, meetings etc. Most of the questions are going to be very straight forward this year.
