Fr. Luka Edward Wassif is the priest for St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church located in Roswell, GA. H.G. Bishop Youannes ordained him priest on November 27, 1981. On December 10, 2000, H.G. Bishop Youssef ordained Fr. Luka hegomen. He began his service in St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church located in Tanta, Egypt. Then in 1993, he continued his service in St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church of Roswell, GA. Fr. Luka is also served some of the smaller communities in Chattanooga, TN and Tallahassee, FL. Fr. Luka has been serving within the Diocese of the Southern United States since January 4, 1993. We pray that the Lord will continue blessing his service.
