Fr. Ibrahim Girgis
Fr. Ibrahim Girgis is the priest for St. Mary & St. George Coptic Orthodox Church located in Tallahassee, FL. On February 15, 2004, H.G. Bishop Paula ordained him priest. Fr. Ibrahim served as the priest in Egypt until April 8, 2008 when H.G. Bishop Youssef asked him to be the priest for St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church located in Atlanta, GA. Fr. Ibrahim served there from 2008 until 2012. In 2015, Fr. Ibrahim served as a general priest. Then from 2017 to mid 2022, H.G. Bishop Youssef asked him to be the priest for St. Athanasius Coptic Orthodox Church in Chattanooga, TN. In mid 2022, H.G. Bishop Youssef asked Fr. Ibrahim to serve in St. Mary & St. George Coptic Orthodox Church. We pray that the Lord will continue blessing his service.
