Fr. Angelos Habib Boghdadi

H.H. Pope Shenouda III ordained Fr. Angelos Boghdadi as priest on September 23, 1973. From 1974 to 1978, he served churches throughout the United States in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Delaware, Harrisburg, Virginia Beach, and Pittsburgh. He then continued his service in 1978 to 1988 at St. Mary and Aba Ruwees Coptic Orthodox Church. From 1988 to 1992, Fr. Angelos served in Colorado and on December 26, 1992, he served in St. George Coptic Orthodox Church in Tampa, FL. In 1997, H.G. Bishop Youssef ordained him hegoman. Fr. Angelos had served within the Diocese of the Southern United States for nearly 20 years.
