"Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." (Luke 12:33-34)
HOPE is an idem for Help Other People Excel which is the foundation of the Social Services Committee for the Coptic Orthodox Diocese of the Southern United States. Under the auspices of H.G. Bishop Youssef, the Social Services Committee was established to serve those in need. Through the Grace of God, this committee has been able to help our brethren in the different programs listed in this brochure. It is through the kindness of your hearts that has allowed many to be served. Yet in order to continue helping, we need your continuous support.
To provide HOPE to the Copts residing in Egypt and within the Diocese during times of need and of assistance.
HOPE is thankful to the Lord for a year full of support for many who are in need and are passing through difficult times in their lives. HOPE is also thankful to all your generous donations and support during the previous years. As we reach to the conclusion of a blessed year we would like to share our achievements with you. During this year HOPE was able to reach out to more people and fulfill more needs of many in desperate situations. Read more
