Description: The Liturgy of the Word, also known as the Liturgy of the Catechumens, is filled with biblical readings and hymns. It nourishes the spirit with the Word of God prior to the Liturgy of the Eucharist. Readings include the Pauline Epistle, Catholic Epistle, the Gospel, and more. Product Detail: This recording is chanted entirely in English by the deacons of St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church of Atlanta along with Hegomen Fr. Anastasi St. Antony. The conversion and accuracy of the English hymns were directed by H.G. Bishop Youssef and will be set as a Diocese standard.
