When an attendee registers online, he/she is given a Room ID#. If you wish to be in the same room with this attendee, simply specify the Room ID# he/she was assigned at registration (this can be found on the confirmation page and/or email he/she received). By requesting the same Room ID#, multiple attendees can automatically be placed in the same room (subject to space and availability restrictions).
